Alexander T. Lee was born to a big family with 4 lovely
sisters (no bias here!). He and his wife YuYuan is also
growing a big family of their own with their first child Julian
entering the world in June of 2007. For as long as I could
remember, my bro always had a notebook and pen in hand sketching and
drawing things he most enjoyed at the time - like the infamous teenage
mutant ninja turtles and japanese anime characters. Aside from his artwork, he had this adventurous, creative and imaginative spirit in him. He was definitely the leader of the pack of siblings as we ventured out to play and keep ourselves from falling into boredom. You'll be able to see some of our adventures in his artwork. Alex graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a Bachelors degree in Illustration in 2002. Shortly after graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He spent five years working on a nuclear powered submarine as a computer technician. During that time, he met more than a handful of interesting people and got to be involved in a lot of top-secret stuff...wooo. Even during his five years in the Navy, he spent much time sharpening his skills as many of his shipmates asked him for sketches, caricatures and any artwork they wanted. If you decide to enlist in the Navy, make sure you look for his initials, A.T.Lee, on any art work you come across.
